Please read the following instructions carefully before booking an appointment,

1. There is a non-refundable deposit fee of 50% on each styles and the rest can be paid by bank transfer or in cash.
2. There is 48 hour notice for cancellations, however, you will not be refunded for the deposit but you can use it to re-book for another appointment date within that month. However, if there is no available date within that month you can book for the next month, but you can’t change your date more than once and you can only book again within the space of that month and the next month.
3.  All prices for braids styles includes extensions except passion/kinky twist and faux/butterfly locs. Client will provide their extensions for these styles, but if you want us to provide them, kindly let us know in the text box that would be provided when booking your appointment. If you want to provide your extensions for the braid styles, you can let us know through the text box either, but I advise to always let your stylist provide the hair so they can choose the best hair to fit your style.
4. Please ensure you take note of the time for our services as we would take our time when making your hairs to give you the best of our service.
5. For French Curls, the maximum length of hair we can provide is 22 inches, and for the color, its color 1,2, and 4. For more colors or length, kindly reach out to us. 
6. For styles that are not on our booking site, you can send it to us via Instagram or Whatsapp and we would quote you the price.
7. For frontal and closure installations, please ensure you drop your hair at least 3 days before your appointment, so that i can pluck it and bleach the lace.
8. For preferred colors of extensions and attachments, kindly indicate it in the text box that would be provided when booking for services.
9. We don’t offer take down services.
10. For home services, there’s an additional fee of £50 depending on locations (please send a Dm concerning that for more information)
11. For Squeeze ins, there is an additional fee of £40 on each services, squeeze ins are Sundays, before 9:00am and after 6:00pm. (Please kindly send a d.m to e sure there’s availability and also for more information).
12. There is a 20 minutes lateness grace, however, please let me know if you will be running late, after 20 minutes, £10 will be added as a late fee charge and must be paid to commence your appointment. If after 30 minutes and you don’t show up, your appointment will be cancelled or you can also change your style to a less-time consuming style so as not to affect my next client, but the price for the initial appointment will still be the same.
13. If you don’t show up and you don’t communicate, you will be blocked!

To avoid all this, please let’s try to communicate and be on time queens, let me know if there are any emergencies and we can work a way round it.

 Do’s and don’ts

• Come with a freshly washed and blow dried hair, if your hair isn’t washed or blow dried I will charge a £10 fee for washing and £10 for blow drying.
• If your hair is curly make sure you blow dry from roots to ends to make it straight in a way I can run my finger through it without tangles, failure to do so is a fee of £10 blow drying.
• Please don’t come with any pets to the salon.
• I allow a maximum of 1 person to come with you for your appointment if you really need to bring someone along.
• You can come with food or drinks if you want.
